GIAC tuned 991 Turbo S wins the "Exotic Class" at Shift Sector's half mile event...
Congratulations to GIAC customer Adam, AKA Longboarder, who finished fastest among all in the "Exotics Class" last weekend at Shift Sector's California Airstrip Attack. Driving his GIAC tuned 991 Turbo S with Champion Motorsport 68mm turbo kit and Emmanuele Design meth injection system, Adam managed the fastest half mile speed on both days, with a 174.1 MPH on Saturday. Most of the cars improved their times on Sunday due to better conditions, but Adam's day was cut short due to a throttle body hose clamp failure. With just the one run in the morning, he still managed to get the fastest time for day two with a 173.75 MPH trap. The next fastest car for both days, a McLaren 720S with bolt-on upgrades and a performance tune, had its best half mile traps of 169.68 MPH on Saturday and 171.04 MPH on Sunday.
