GIAC Stage 1 Plus adds horsepower, torque and more throttle response throughout the power band.
This calibration is compatible with vehicles that have no other upgrades to basic "bolt-ons". Matching this program with the GIAC DSG calibration will give the best results. When using the GIAC engine flash with out the GIAC DSG upgrade the torque gains will be only 25 - 30 Ft-Lbs over OEM.

GIAC's DSG software for the 140PS and 150PS 2.0TDI offers improved shift speed and smoothness, increased torque limiters and in some cases launch control. The GIAC DSG flash is required to get the full benefit of a GIAC engine calibration, as the OEM DSG program is designed to significantly limit torque transferred to the wheels.
